• Postage rates are at cost and delivered via Royal Mail unless the courier rate is cheaper.

• Postage options available are: 1st, 2nd, Standard Parcel, Special Delivery, Courier and collection (from Watford)
  

• Orders are normally dispatched within 48hrs but can be longer during busy periods.  Please put URGENT in the comment box but only if neccessary.

• Postal packaging is all reused and generously supplied (when available) by local businesses and friends.
